The sixth edition of Water Philippines will take place at the SMX Convention Centre in Manila, Philippines from the 22nd to the 24th of March 2023 and Molecor (SEA) Sdn Bhd will be there with the latest innovations in the world of oriented PVC pressure piping. New diameters for TOM® pipes, the ecoFITTOM® range of fittings in PVC-O and the geoTOM® app to geolocate pipeline networks will be on booth P43 in Hall 4 among other innovations.
Water Philippines is the reference event in the country for the water supply, sanitation, industrial wastewater treatment and water purification sectors. It is a meeting point for companies from all five continents with more than 10,000 visitors during the three days of the fair.
One of the central themes this year is sustainability in water treatment and the awareness of companies to create products with a lower environmental impact that allow a sustainable and beneficial development for the planet Earth. Molecor's alignment with these values will be seen in the products presented at the show, which are made from one of the plastics with the lowest carbon footprint, oriented PVC, which is produced using Molecor's unique air-based technology.
The PVC-O product range includes TOM® pipes, the only oriented pipes manufactured in nominal diameters from 90 to 1200 mm and ecoFITTOM®, the first fittings produced entirely from oriented PVC to apply the advantages of the material to more parts of the water network.
In addition, geoTOM®, an app for digitising and geopositioning water piping projects in a simple and intuitive way, will be available for exclusive testing during the fair. The software developed by Molecor allows users to quickly obtain all the technical information on each of Molecor's pieces and to enter the data for any other part, regardless of the manufacturer and product material, to manage networks efficiently. It also allows users to add comments, pictures, manage incidents and much more.
A special event will take place on March 22 from 4:30pm to 5:00pm in Hall 1, Room 1, where Walter Philip Pattynama, CEO of Molecor (SEA) Sdn Bhd, will give a lecture on the latest industry developments and technological advances in the production of oriented PVC pipes and fittings.
