Bayeu is a 120-property residential project, in Zaragoza's Arcosur neighbourhood, characterised by its orientation and volumetry, the fundamental pillars on which its design is based. The project strives to enhance the south-east orientation of the building, by creating a system of framed views that are enhanced by the colour contrasts.
This building has been fitted with pipes and fittings from the AR® Soundproof Evacuation System, a system specifically designed to address fluid evacuation in networks with the highest requirements in terms of reducing noise levels. Noise pollution is another factor in determining quality of life indices.
The noise values emitted by the AR® Soundproof Evacuation System are well below the maximum permitted by the CTE, which guarantees a high level of comfort in homes and a significant reduction in the nuisance caused by the drainage of fluids.
The sound level measurement carried out by Molecor follows the specifications set out in the UNE-EN 14366 standard, which describes the test bench and the noise measurement procedure.
